The Kazakhstan Silk Road International Olympic Cultural Fund (Kazakh Cultural Fund for short) is a non-profit public fund established with the approval of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to give play to Kazakhstan's cultural leading role in countries along the Silk Road; The headquarters of the Kazakh Cultural Fund is located in Nur-Sultan, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The mission of the Kazakhstan Cultural Fund is: to promote the development of Kazakhstan's cultural and sports fields, to carry forward the Olympic spirit, and to better promote the cultural spread of the Belt and Road Initiative.
