On December 19, 2019, in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, the World Kazakh Kujes Federation Election Conference was held. Representatives of more than 40 countries voted for the new World Kazakh Ku on the second floor of the Nur-Sultan Beijing Building. Arik Shpekbayev (current Director of the Anti-Corruption Action Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan) was elected as Chairman of the World Kazakh Kuzhes Wrestling Federation (a term of five years) Mr. Song Jianlin (currently the founder of the China International Economic Development Center of Kazakhstan) Chairman) was elected as the World Kazakh Kuzhes Wrestling Federation (a term of five years).

This is the first foreigner to be elected as the vice president of the World Kazakh Kuzhes Federation since its establishment. After the election, the president of the World Wrestling Federation and representatives from more than forty countries around the world expressed their congratulations. At the meeting, Mr. Song Jianlin delivered an enthusiastic speech. He said that it is a great honor to be elected as the vice chairman of the World Kazakh Kujes Federation today. This is the honor and glory of my life, and I will never forget it!

He said that as a Chinese, it is my life's pursuit to promote the sport of Kazakh Kuges in Asia and show the Kazakh national spirit of hard work. He expressed that during his tenure, he would be modest and prudent, fulfill his duties, assist the chairman in all his tasks, be a good assistant to the chairman, humbly learn from colleagues, and use my life's energy to use my personal expertise to expand and develop the Kazakh library. The member states of Kazak actively promote and spread the sport of Kazakh Kuges in Asia and the world! Let us work together to continue to carry forward the sport of Kazakh Kujes and to become an event of the Asian Games and the Olympic Games as soon as possible!
