2019年12月19日，在哈萨克斯坦首都努尔苏丹，召开世界哈萨克库热斯联合会选举大会，四十多个国家的代表在努尔苏丹北京大厦二楼，投票选举新一届世界哈萨克库热斯摔跤联合会名誉主席、副主席和秘书长。

阿里克•什佩克巴耶夫（现任哈萨克斯坦共和国反腐败行动署署长）被选举为世界哈萨克库热斯摔跤联合会主席（任期五年）宋建林先生（现任哈萨克斯坦中国国际经济发展中心创始主席）被选举为世界哈萨克库热斯摔跤联合会（任期五年）。

这是世界哈萨克库热斯联合会自成立以来，第一位外国人被选举为副主席，选举后世界摔跤联合会主席和来自世界四十多个国家代表纷纷表示祝贺。会上宋建林先生发表热情洋溢的发言，他表示，今天十分荣幸的当选为世界哈萨克库热斯联合会副主席，这是我毕生的光荣和荣耀，我将终身难忘！

他表示做为一名中国人，在亚洲推广哈萨克库热斯这项体育运动，展示哈萨克民族拼搏向上的精神，是我一生的追求。他表示将在任职期内，谦虚谨慎，恪尽职守，协助主席做好各项工作，当好主席的助手，虚心向同仁们学习，用我毕身的精力，发挥我个人专长，扩大和发展哈萨克库热斯会员国，把哈萨克库热斯这项体育运动在亚洲乃至世界积极推广和传播！让我们共同把哈萨克库热斯这项体育运动不断发扬光大，并早日成为亚运会和奥运会的比赛项目！

On December 19, 2019, in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, the World Kazakh Kujes Federation Election Conference was held. Representatives of more than 40 countries voted for the new World Kazakh Ku on the second floor of the Nur-Sultan Beijing Building. Arik Shpekbayev (current Director of the Anti-Corruption Action Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan) was elected as Chairman of the World Kazakh Kuzhes Wrestling Federation (a term of five years) Mr. Song Jianlin (currently the founder of the China International Economic Development Center of Kazakhstan) Chairman) was elected as the World Kazakh Kuzhes Wrestling Federation (a term of five years).

This is the first foreigner to be elected as the vice president of the World Kazakh Kuzhes Federation since its establishment. After the election, the president of the World Wrestling Federation and representatives from more than forty countries around the world expressed their congratulations. At the meeting, Mr. Song Jianlin delivered an enthusiastic speech. He said that it is a great honor to be elected as the vice chairman of the World Kazakh Kujes Federation today. This is the honor and glory of my life, and I will never forget it!

He said that as a Chinese, it is my life's pursuit to promote the sport of Kazakh Kuges in Asia and show the Kazakh national spirit of hard work. He expressed that during his tenure, he would be modest and prudent, fulfill his duties, assist the chairman in all his tasks, be a good assistant to the chairman, humbly learn from colleagues, and use my life's energy to use my personal expertise to expand and develop the Kazakh library. The member states of Kazak actively promote and spread the sport of Kazakh Kuges in Asia and the world! Let us work together to continue to carry forward the sport of Kazakh Kujes and to become an event of the Asian Games and the Olympic Games as soon as possible!
